Haha! I won tickets to see Danzig many, many years ago at the Akron U JAR Arena. The opening acts were Korn and Marilyn Manson! I'd never heard of either of them at the time.
Korn? Marilyn Manson? Never heard of 'em!! Erick, that's awesome that you got to see Danzig for free! The only show I ever saw at the JAR was Jane's Addiction with The Rollins Band in 1990.
I was always a Misfits/Samhain purist and never really got into Danzig until much later. Oh well, live and learn.
