I will freely admit to not knowing anything about guitarist John Fahey when I first stumbled upon this cool track. His signature minimalist acoustic folk sound on this gritty track really gets the toes tapping, and is a unique addition to the standard October playlists. Enjoy Wine and Roses from Fahey's 1965 release, "Dance of Death & Other Plantation Favorites."
